As I did not hesitate in taking ESPN to task yesterday for not covering the hottest team in baseball, I will not hesitate to give them kudos, as well. The Mets were front page news in the MLB section of ESPN.com, which you can check out by clicking here.
I will, however, take ESPN and SNY both to task for not allowing their videos to be embedded. It's called free advertising guys, everyone's doing it. This is why a lot of us prefer to get their news from somewhere other than giant, commercial machines. Same reason why it's ridiculous to me that I should have to pay to read half of ESPN's articles. You make a ton of money in advertising, do you really need to squeeze that much more out of me? What's worse, half of their "Insider" stuff can be found for free, from other sources, long before they throw it up on their site.
