It's good to see Beltran getting back to playing five innings in the field. I admittedly got a bit nervous when Beltran played only two innings in center the other day. However, it would be nice to know if he got any chances in the field or if he ran the bases. If he didn't do either of those things, it's essentially no different than when I go to the batting cages and take my dog for a walk afterwards. It's definitely fun, but as far as I know, hasn't prepared me for a minor league stint, yet.
